MW777 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the MW777 platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, content, features, games, promotions and services operated under the MW777 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by the MW777 entity (referred to herein as "MW777", "we", "us" or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or using any of its services, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the MW777 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific promotional terms applicable to individual offers. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on the MW777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its licence. Age verification will be conducted through the KYC process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• One Account Per Person: You are permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must not reside in, or be accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that your use of the Platform complies with applicable local law.
• Not Previously Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, operator-imposed exclusion or any regulatory exclusion from gambling services at the time of registration.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Process. To access real-money gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You must also create a unique username and password for your Account.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. MW777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.3 Account Currency. Your Account may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or another supported currency, depending on the options available in the Platform's live cashier at the time of registration. Currency selection may affect available payment methods and withdrawal processing.

4.4 Account Suspension. MW777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your Account is being used fraudulently; (c) regulatory requirements necessitate a review; or (d) your continued use poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have not been accessed or used for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. MW777 may, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, deduct an administrative inactivity fee from dormant account balances. Notice of such deduction will be provided where required by applicable rules.

5.1 You agree to use the MW777 Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not use the Platform in any manner that: (a) violates any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringes the rights of any third party; (c) is fraudulent, deceptive or misleading; or (d) interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or its infrastructure.

5.2 The Platform and its content — including game software, graphics, data feeds, odds information and promotional materials — are provided for personal entertainment use only. Commercial exploitation, redistribution, reverse engineering or systematic data extraction is prohibited without the express written consent of MW777.

5.3 MW777 offers a range of gaming entertainment categories including cricket betting (covering PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments), other sports markets, live casino, slots and esports — for informational and entertainment purposes. Participation in real-money gaming is subject to the applicable terms and eligibility requirements set out in this Agreement.

6.1 Deposit Methods. The Platform may reference familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples. Actual availability of any specific payment method is determined solely by the operator's live cashier at the time of transaction. MW777 does not guarantee the availability of any particular method and does not imply endorsement of gambling services by any payment provider.

6.2 Currency. Transactions may be conducted in PKR or other supported currencies. Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their financial institution or payment provider.

6.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Before processing a withdrawal, MW777 may require full completion of the KYC verification process. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the live cashier. MW777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of fraud checks, AML reviews or document verification.

6.4 No Cash Refunds. Deposits made to your Account are not refundable except as required by applicable law or in cases of verified technical error. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the operator's current payment policies.

6.5 Third-Party Fees. MW777 does not guarantee that deposits or withdrawals are free of third-party fees. Users should consult their payment provider for applicable charges prior to transacting.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional credits awarded on the MW777 Platform are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limitations and eligibility conditions. These conditions are stated in the individual promotion terms and must be read carefully before a bonus is claimed or activated.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement necessitates a total wager of PKR 30,000 before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. All figures in promotional materials are illustrative unless confirmed in live operator terms.

7.3 Maximum Bet Restriction. While a bonus is active in your Account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies. Placing bets in excess of this limit during an active bonus period constitutes a breach of the promotion terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all related winnings.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not activated or wagered within their specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Users are responsible for monitoring bonus validity periods.

7.5 Bonus Abuse. MW777 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising financial exposure; use of multiple accounts; or collusion between users.

7.6 Changes to Promotions. MW777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already activated in a User's Account, except as required by applicable regulatory obligations.

8.1 MW777 is required to verify the identity, age and residential address of Users in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF) and know your customer (KYC) obligations.

8.2 Required Documents. As part of the verification process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following: (a) a valid government-issued identity document, such as a Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport; (b) proof of residential address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months; (c) a selfie or liveness verification image; and (d) documentation supporting the source of funds used for deposits, where required.

8.3 Document Integrity. You must submit only genuine, unaltered and unobscured identity documents. Submission of forged, doctored or falsified documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8.4 Secure Submission. Documents must be submitted exclusively through the operator's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never transmit identity documents via unsecured email, instant messaging applications or third-party channels.

8.5 Verification Delays. MW777 reserves the right to place temporary restrictions on withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification. This does not limit your right to close your Account and request a refund of unspent deposits, subject to applicable verification requirements.

9.1 MW777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

9.2 Available Tools. The Platform provides users with access to the following responsible gambling controls: deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. Users are encouraged to make use of these tools proactively.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion through the Account settings or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, MW777 will take reasonable steps to ensure excluded users do not receive promotional communications.

9.4 Minors. Persons under the age of 18 — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable licensing jurisdiction — are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering or using this Platform. If MW777 becomes aware that a minor has registered an Account, that Account will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited and the matter escalated in accordance with applicable child protection obligations.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MW777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person or submitting fraudulent documents.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk strategies, collusion, or account farming.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using software bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by MW777.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or system malfunctions for financial gain. MW777 reserves the right to void bets or transactions placed as a result of a manifest error.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargeback requests with payment providers in respect of deposits made to the Platform.

11.1 All intellectual property rights in the MW777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, data, graphics, written content and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to MW777. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing or distributing Platform content; modifying or creating derivative works; reverse engineering or decompiling any software; or using the MW777 brand or trademarks without express written permission.

11.3 Any unauthorised use of MW777 intellectual property may result in legal action and the immediate termination of your Account and licence.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MW777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities.

12.2 MW777 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available at all times without interruption; (b) the Platform will be free of errors, viruses or other harmful components; or (c) the information presented on the Platform is complete, accurate or up to date. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12.3 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge and agree that gambling involves inherent financial risk. MW777 does not guarantee winnings, outcomes or returns. You participate in gaming activities entirely at your own risk and financial responsibility.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits MW777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13.1 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting MW777 customer support. Upon closure, any unspent real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML verification requirements and applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds.

13.2 Termination by MW777. MW777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account immediately, with or without prior notice, in the event that: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) we determine that your Account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; or (d) continued maintenance of your Account poses a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to MW777.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for breach: (a) your access to the Platform will cease immediately; (b) any bonus funds or promotional balances will be forfeited; (c) MW777 may retain real-money funds pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraudulent activity; and (d) MW777's rights to pursue any available legal remedies are expressly reserved.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MW777 holds its operating licence, as applicable.

14.2 Nothing in this clause shall limit MW777's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is available and necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

14.3 Pakistani Users. MW777 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate, lawful or available for use by persons located in Pakistan. Pakistani users access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk and on their own initiative. MW777 is not licensed by, registered with or authorised by any Pakistani governmental body, financial regulator or law enforcement authority. This Agreement is not to be construed as legal advice regarding the status of online gambling under Pakistani law.

15.1 MW777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by means of a notice posted on the Platform or, where applicable, by email to the address registered on your Account.

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may close your Account as described in Section 13.1.

15.3 The date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last updated. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect your use of the Platform.
